Terms and conditions for Kaluste Duo's monthly gift card draw

1. Organizer The draw is organized by Suomen Unikaverit Oy (hereinafter the "Organizer"), business ID 3253421-8, address Koskelantie 5, 00610 Helsinki. Website: www.woodenza.live.

2. Eligibility The draw is open to all natural persons residing in Finland who are 18 years of age or older, who have subscribed to the Kaluste Duo newsletter and provided their consent for email marketing. Employees of the Organizer or their family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation Participation is automatic: all Kaluste Duo newsletter subscribers participate in the draw without any further action required. Subscribing to the newsletter is free of charge and does not require a purchase. Buying or the amount of purchase does not affect participation or the probability of winning. One subscriber participates in the monthly draw once per draw month.

4. Draw period The draw is held monthly. Each month's draw period begins on the first day of the month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of the month at 23:59 (Finnish time).

5. Prize The prize is one (1) Kaluste Duo digital gift card worth 100 euros per month. The gift card will be delivered to the winner by email and is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance cannot be refunded as cash.

6. Winner selection and notification The winner is drawn by random selection from among the eligible subscribers after the end of the draw period, no later than the 7th day of the following month. The winner will be notified personally by email at the address provided during newsletter subscription.

The winner's first name may be published in the Kaluste Duo newsletter and on social media, unless the winner specifically prohibits publication. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the notification being sent, the prize shall be forfeited, and the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner.

7. Taxes The value of the prize is less than €100, making it exempt from lottery tax. The Organizer is responsible for any statutory taxes related to the prize.

8. Processing of personal data Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Kaluste Duo's privacy policy: https://www.woodenza.live/policies/privacy-policy. The data is used for organizing the draw and notifying the winner.

9. Limitation of liability The Organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, email delivery problems, or other obstacles that may hinder participation or the receipt of the winning notification.

If the draw is promoted on social media: the draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) or any other social media platform, and said platforms are not responsible for the draw or its implementation.

10. Right to make changes The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the draw, suspend the draw, or terminate it entirely for a justified reason without prior notice.

11. Applicable law and disputes The draw is governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the Organizer's domicile.
